Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CountryCount, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CountryCount for your personal travel tracking. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.
User Content and Data
You retain ownership of your travel entries, notes, and photos. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and for any content you add to the app.
iCloud and Apple Services
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored and synced via Apple's CloudKit services under your Apple ID. Apple's services are governed by Apple's terms and policies. We do not control or access your iCloud data and are not responsible for Apple service outages.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm, disable, or impair the app or its services. You also agree not to attempt to access or derive the source code except where permitted by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CountryCount is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any data loss, device damage, or other issues that may arise from using the app, including issues related to local storage or iCloud syncing.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
